Shipping policy

Type of Shipping: Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (from Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday. Faster shipping may be possible during less busy periods.

 

Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard - Royal Mail - Free - Delivery within 2-4 business days after processing.

Express - Royal Mail - £4.95 - Delivery within 1-3 business days after processing (next-day delivery not guaranteed).

 

Delivery Region: We deliver only within England, Scotland, and Wales (excluding Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm, and Sark).

Bank Holidays: Please note that delivery may be delayed during bank holidays.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Costs: Detailed shipping costs will be displayed in the cart during the checkout process.

Delivery Delays and Issues: We make every effort to ensure parcels are dispatched on time. However, delays can occur due to natural causes such as floods, hurricanes, etc., and we ask for your patience in such cases. A delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control does not entitle the buyer to refuse the order or cancel it.

If the parcel is returned to us because the buyer refused it, did not collect it from the post office, or there was an issue with the address, the buyer will bear the cost of delivery, which will be deducted from the refund (refund amount minus shipping cost).

We are not responsible for lost orders if you choose to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. We are also not responsible for any claims related to lost, damaged, or stolen parcels addressed to a shipping company. We are not obligated to offer exchanges or refunds for orders or items reported as lost or stolen from a secure location.

Complaints about lost shipments will be handled in accordance with Royal Mail's guidelines, which usually occur after 10 working days (14 calendar days) from the latest expected delivery date for Standard Royal Mail services.

If you choose the Tracked 48 option, your order may arrive on or before the date shown during checkout. The order may be sent in more than one parcel, meaning they may arrive on different dates.
