Return & Refund Policy
General Return Rules:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After this period, in accordance with return laws, no returns will be accepted.
Items must be in their original condition, in original packaging, sealed (if applicable), with attached tags (if applicable).
Hygiene and safety are priorities, so we prefer unopened products.
We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not comply with the conditions and certain items for safety and hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers displaying unusual or suspicious return behavior.
Used products and non-eligible returns will not be sent back to the sender.
Shipping costs are not refunded due to change of mind or other reasons not related to product defect.
Non-returnable Items:
Cosmetics that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons:
- At the time of purchase, they did not have factory seals (sealing labels, foil, etc.).
- At the time of purchase, the box was not sealed (sealing labels, foil, etc.).
- Showing any signs of use, including broken seals on boxes by the buyer.
Hygiene products and cosmetics can only be returned if they are factory defective or damaged and are in exactly the same condition as when purchased (including boxes) and can be resold in 100% condition.
Returns of hygiene products and cosmetics that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded or sent back to the sender.
Product Exchange:
Product exchange is not available. Please return the item according to our return policy and make a new purchase if needed.
Used Parts and Items from Our Store:
Used parts and items, as well as items sold by us "for parts," can be returned, provided they are in the same condition as when purchased, show no signs of reuse, and have attached packaging and tags (if applicable).
Returns of used items that do not meet these requirements will not be sent back to the sender.
Return Shipping and Process:

We suggest taking a photo of the item before returning it if you are concerned about damage during the return journey.
Please also keep proof of return until the return is processed, as it may be required.
Free gifts (excluding perfume and cosmetic samples) must be returned before processing the return. Otherwise, their value will be deducted from the refunded amount paid for the item.
We recommend using a tracked service, such as Royal Mail Tracked 48.
We do not refund for items lost without a tracking option.
The cost of the return label will be reimbursed if the return is accepted, along with a refund for the item.
Items sent back to us without prior notice of return are subject to refund based on the percentage of the paid amount for the item (depending on the item's condition).
Return processing time: up to 7 working days from the receipt of the item.

Order Cancellation:
Buyers have the right to cancel an order before it is processed. To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@atlantis-myshop.co.uk or use the Contact page.
Right of Withdrawal:
Buyers have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. In the event of withdrawal, we also refund the original shipping cost.
